The most notable addition to the East Aurora location is The Rooftop at Blue Eyed, a sophisticated second-floor dining and bar area with an outdoor patio, transforming the bakery from a cozy cafe into a multi-faceted community hub for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and elevated dinner service, and available event hosting.

Every dish, drink, and pastry is prepared with fresh and locally-sourced ingredients, to provide you with a refreshing experience compared to the world of fast food. Our kitchen hands work hard to make every ounce with love and care, with the expertise of our head chef.

Want a more elevated experience, but the same menu as the cafe? For daily breakfast + lunch, and dinner on select days of the week, enjoy a full-service experience at our recently added rooftop bar + dining area.

We hold numerous events at the Rooftop throughout the year, ranging from wine tasting, coffee cupping, tea parties, and more. Be sure to purchase your tickets when they become available!
BOOK AN EVENT
Bridal + baby showers, birthday parties + celebrations are perfect for our spaces at Blue Eyed Baker! Catering from our menu is available upon request. We can host up to 45-60 guests in the rooftop space, and up to 40 guests in our bakery classroom space.
